What do you use to make your pages?
I use a combination of CSS and HTML (duh!). I plan on making a guide to these in the near future - check the updates paghe for updates!
Do you use anything but HTML and CSS (i.e: PHP, etc.)
Um ... I use a bit of Javascript.
Can you teach me HTML/CSS?
